- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Can't book for an afternoon unless you phone after 2pm, can't book for the next day, 2 week wait to make a pre-booked appointment, absolutely zero opening at weekends at all. If you phone e.g. at 3:30 all the pm appointments will be gone. Quite unhelpful on the phone, don't seem to care, completely inflexible, I couldn't get an appointment because I work.
